Wheel specifications and facts-

-The total wheel height including the stand is 46 inches tall.

-The box is colorful. Information is on all 4 panels. Can be place in the upright or sideways position.

-The wheel requires minimal assembly by one person only- Comes with the tool needed for assembly.

-The main wheel portion is made of all black heavy gauge industrial plastic and steel.

-The interior grip pads are made from a soft sponge material. (this material is not covered be a warranty as it will eventually scratch up by long nails).

-The stand is made from powder coated steel tubing.

When the wheels arrive-

It is necessary to inspect our products upon delivery to determine that no damages have occurred during shipping. If you see any damages it is necessary to inform the carrier and retain proof of this for your records and ours. We will not pay for re-shipping if you accept a damaged wheel.

Answer- One year limited warranty. The bearing system is the only moving part on our wheels, and they last for years. However if for some rare reason the bearings should malfunction (Never has this happened before.) we would replace the whole neck piece. As for the rest of the wheel, it is made of high strength steel and industrial plastic components. So any damages would be considered misuse and would not be covered in our warranty. A warranty information card is included with each wheel explaining our procedures for repairing a faulty part or wheel. We will communicate directly with the wheel owner as long as they have all the required proof of purchase and qualify for a repair or new wheel. Do not accept a returned wheel on our behalf.

Answer- The typical house cat is considered a wild/domestic animal. We cannot guarantee the performance of our customer's pets. A cat that is not inclined to use our wheels or one that is requiring additional training would not constitute a valid reason for a return or an exchange. All cats have the ability to use our wheels. Although not all cats will initially and voluntarily start running the second you take the wheel out of the box. Just like people, cats have different personalities and different things that motivate them. Typically a cat that likes to get into trouble or one that is very curious and rambunctious will voluntarily start using our wheels while some cats need to know that the wheel is something that brings a reward after use. And still, some cats just need plain- good old-fashioned training.
